Changing Lives Through Entrepreneurship
Conpreneur aims to help former inmates start over by providing them the information needed to become productive participants in society through starting a business. Conpreneur was specifically created to reduce recidivism and to help individuals through the challenges of reintegrating into society and the workforce.
Unlike traditional employment, entrepreneurship does not discriminate on the basis of a criminal record, enabling ex-offenders to pursue the opportunities best suited to their skillsets, attributes and interests while offering them a more flexible environment in which to reintegrate with society.
